Randy joins Maple Ridge-Mission MLA Marc Dalton and Speaker Bill Barisoff in welcoming the new Armenian Ambassador to Canada, Armen Yeganian, to the British Columbia Legislature. This year marks the 20th anniversary of Armenia's independence from the Soviet Union.
Randy joins Maple Ridge-Mission MLA Marc Dalton, Mission Mayor James Atebe and other dignitaries in officially opening the improved Cedar Street. The major thoroughfare now has four lanes, will accomodate increased traffic levels and provide easier access for cyclists and pedestrians.
Randy helps Mission Mayor James Atebe officially open the new Cedar Street expansion. Now with four lanes, Cedar Street will be able to accomodate the increasing traffic demands of the Mission community.

The District of Mission was awarded a Shadow Box by the Province of BC as a gift for Mission’s Douglas-fir lumber donation for the Olympic podium, which was at BC Place during the Olympics.
